About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Paramedic to join our operations across metropolitan Sydney. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality emergency care, patient transport, and critical medical support in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced pre-hospital emergency care and treatment
• Assess and stabilise patients in urgent and high-pressure situations
• Operate emergency vehicles and medical equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and reports
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, emergency services, and hospitals

About You:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Paramedic (or eligibility to obtain)
• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor in Paramedicine (or equivalent)
• Valid NSW Driver’s Licence (with a good driving record)
• Excellent communication, clinical, and decision-making skills
• Able to work a rotating roster, including weekends and night shifts
• Physically fit and emotionally resilient

Desirable (but not essential):

• Prior experience in emergency or non-emergency patient transport
• Intensive Care Paramedic qualifications
• Additional certifications (e.g., ALS, PHTLS, ACLS)
